Moon Light Real Estate has been operating out of Mothinagar for a long time. I started this because I knew the streets around here like the back of my hand. My office isn't much to look at, just a small room with a few chairs for when people want to sit down and talk about buying or selling a bit of land. I spend half my day out on my bike, checking out different plots or meeting people who want to see a house. Mothinagar has changed a lot since I was a kid, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. Sometimes the dust from the construction sites gets all over my shoes. When I am back at the desk, I usually have a glass of tea and try to make sense of the local maps spread out everywhere. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. I don't use any of those big software programs, just a thick notebook and a pen that actually works. The door handle sticks a little, so you have to give it a good shove to get inside. It's a simple life, but it keeps me busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most people in the area know where to find me if they need something done.
