You can find us at Mohans Realty in Jayanagar III Block. Our office is at G-19, F 9 on the 8th Main. Jayanagar is a bit different from the rest of the city, it’s got those wide trees and a bit more of a neighborhood feel, even though it’s gotten much busier lately. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a small office, nothing too over the top. We mostly handle local property stuff, helping people find houses or selling bits of land nearby. The team is just a few of us who know these streets pretty well. We spend a lot of time out of the office, actually walking around and looking at properties. When we are inside, it’s mostly just making calls and keeping our records straight. We aren't the type to use big corporate slogans. We just talk to people like neighbors because that’s mostly who our clients are. The 8th Main can get some traffic during the evenings, but it’s usually a nice place to work. We have our regular tea spot nearby and we know the other shop owners on the block. It’s a simple way of doing business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get their housing sorted without too much stress. It’s a steady job and we like the local area.
