Mohammed Inayath Ulla operates out of 302 BTM Layout, specifically on the 14th Main Road at 4th Cross. The office is inside Mak Enclave Apartment, which is right across from the Furniture City Showroom. BTM Layout is always full of activity, so having the showroom as a landmark helps people find the way to the apartment. This place is where the day-to-day business happens. It’s not a large commercial building, just a space within the enclave. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, a few chairs, and the usual things you need to run a business. We handle our tasks from this 302 unit. The 14th Main Road can get quite crowded, especially during the evenings, but the apartment itself stays relatively quiet for working. We’ve been based here for a bit now, and it works for what we do. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just the name on the door. People usually call before they come up to the third floor. We spend our time managing whatever comes through the door or over the phone. It’s a practical setup for us. Being opposite Furniture City makes it easy to give directions. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular working space where things get sorted out. We like the convenience of this part of BTM Layout and the routine we have here. Every morning starts with a cup of tea and a look at the to-do list.
