You can find us at 79/1 in the HAL 2nd Stage area, specifically in Mungale Anna Nagar. We’re situated right opposite the New Horizon School, so in the mornings and afternoons, the street is absolutely packed with school buses and parents. It’s a lively spot to be. We mostly focus on helping people get around, whether it’s for work or just a weekend trip somewhere. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a desk where we keep all the logs. We’ve got a lot of paperwork because of the different vehicle permits and schedules we have to track. To be honest, it gets quite loud here with all the school kids nearby, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our time answering questions about fares and trying to find the best routes for the drivers to take. Sometimes a car breaks down or someone cancels at the last minute, and we have to scramble to fix the plan. It’s just part of the daily routine for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how things work. Being near the school makes us easy to find, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes. We just keep the doors open and try to stay organized as much as possible throughout the week so that our drivers and customers know what is happening.
