Mishmash Resto Bars

Mishmash Resto Bars is right here at HSR Layout Hmt Main Road 2321. The name kind of fits because we have a bit of everything going on. The kitchen is always noisy with pans clanking and the chefs shouting orders at each other. We have some tables inside and a few out where the air is a bit fresher, though the traffic on Hmt Main Road can be a lot. We’ve got different types of food because we couldn't really decide on just one thing. Some days the delivery guys are standing around the door waiting, which makes it hard for people to get in. We try to keep the floor swept, but with people coming in and out all day, it’s a constant job. The bar area has all the bottles lined up, and we spend time polishing the counter when it’s slow. It’s not a polished, high-end place. It’s more of a spot where you can come as you are. We’ve had the same light bulbs for a while and some are starting to flicker, so we need to get a ladder out soon. The regulars know us by name, and we know what they usually want to eat. It’s just a neighborhood place. We don't have any big ads or anything. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the last person leaves at night. It’s a lot of hours, but we like the crowd.
