We’re the folks at Millenium Realtors based out of number 72 in Marathahalli, which is a place that never really seems to sleep much. If you’ve been here, you know the traffic. We’ve gotten used to it over the years we've been in this part of town. Our office is a simple room where we keep all our listings for apartments and commercial spots on the walls and in files. Most of our day is spent on the mobile phone, talking to owners or taking people to see a place they saw online. It’s a lot of walking up stairs and checking out balconies and kitchen fittings. Marathahalli has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings popping up everywhere you look and old ones being torn down. We try to keep up with who is selling what, but it’s a lot of work to track everything. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the local roads and the shortcuts to avoid the main junctions when we're in a hurry. Sometimes we’re out late because that’s when people finish their work and finally have time to see a house. We don't use any fancy software, just a notebook and some good local knowledge we've picked up. The office is tucked away a bit, but it’s central enough for us to get anywhere in the neighborhood quickly. It’s just about being honest with people before they sign anything. We stay busy and keep it moving.
