You can find Millenium Real Estate on the Datta Nagar Main Road in New Thippasandra. We are right across the street from Meenakshi Electrical Works. It is a good spot for us because almost everyone knows where the electrical shop is located. We have been operating out of this small office for a good number of years now. Real estate is what we do every day. We focus almost entirely on the houses and apartments around Thippasandra and the little lanes nearby. It is a busy neighborhood with people always moving in or out. We keep track of what is available on a large board we have in the back. It isn't digital or fancy, just some clear handwriting on a whiteboard. I think people who come here appreciate that we are just regular folks. We don't wear suits or act like we are in a big corporate office. Usually, it is just me and my business associate sitting here. We listen to what people are looking for and see if we have anything that fits their needs. Sometimes we don’t have anything, and we will tell you that straight away. There is no point in wasting anyone's time. The main road can get very noisy with all the motorbikes and cars passing by, but we have gotten used to the sound. We have seen the whole area change and new buildings go up, but we just stay here in our corner doing our job.
