Milan Tea Stall

You can find Milan Tea Stall over in Jayanagar at Block No Tf/9. We are located just off I T P L Road in Phase I, quite close to Masjid-E-Ateeq. Being near the Masjid means we get a lot of people stopping by after prayers. It’s a lively spot. We spend the whole day making tea and coffee for the local workers and residents. The stove is almost always on. It’s a tiny place, so most people just stand outside on the pavement while they drink. We have some snacks in glass boxes, mostly savory things that go well with tea. The noise from I T P L Road is constant, with all the IT traffic and buses. Sometimes it’s hard to keep the area clean with so many people passing through, but we do our best with a broom every few hours. We use old metal kettles that have seen better days. The counters are made of simple stone and wood. It’s not a fancy cafe, just a regular stall for a quick break. We know when the peak hours are and we try to have enough milk ready. The weather affects how many people come; when it rains, everyone crowds under our small roof. It’s a busy, humble little business that keeps us on our feet from morning until late evening. The tea is always hot and we try to keep the sugar just right for everyone.
