Bak Bak Bar

Bak Bak Bar is located right in Koramangala 1. We chose the name because there is always a lot of talking going on here. It’s not a quiet place. We have music and people laughing, and it gets pretty crowded on the weekends. We aren't one of those high-end lounges with a dress code. You can just come as you are and grab a drink. The furniture is a bit worn in some places, but that’s because people actually use it. We have a few bartenders who have been here since we opened. They know how to handle a crowd when things get busy. The neighborhood is full of energy, and we feel like we fit right in. Being in Koramangala 1 means there is always something happening outside our doors. We just provide a place for people to hang out after work or on a Saturday night. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. It’s mostly just tables, chairs, and a bar. We keep the lights a bit low and the drinks coming. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the trendiest spot in the city, just a place where you can talk without feeling out of place. Most of our regulars live just a few streets away. They come in, say hello, and stay for a couple of hours. That’s just the way it is here.
