Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Co Ltd, (Coffeeday)

This place is over in Rajajinagar, the second block near Jugunahalli. It’s basically a residential area, so it doesn’t feel like a big corporate office at all. We are at number 154, which is Veeresh Nilaya. It’s Balakrishna’s place, and we share the space here. H J Hajare is the name you’ll see on the documents. Working with coffee beans and trading means there’s always something to do, even if it’s just sorting through files or taking calls in the middle of the afternoon heat. Bangalore traffic outside is always a mess, especially around these narrow blocks, but inside it’s mostly just us and the sound of the ceiling fan. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven’t gotten around to it yet. We've been here for a while now, tucked away in this nilaya. It’s a bit of a maze to find if you aren't from around here, with all the similar-looking houses in Jugunhalli. We deal with the Coffee Day side of things from this small setup. It’s practical and it works for what we need. We drink a lot of coffee, obviously, but we make it ourselves in the small corner we call a kitchen. It’s just a normal day-to-day life here, nothing like those big glass buildings downtown. We keep it simple and stay busy with the beans. It's often dusty near the road, but we just wipe the desks and keep going.
