We are located at 1 Koramangala Vi Bk Jyotiba Nagar, which is right near the Maharaja Hotel. If you know Bangalore, you know Koramangala is always on the move, and this pocket of it is no different. Our office at Midlands Real Estate isn't very large, but it’s right where we need to be to keep an eye on things. We’ve been here for a good while, helping people find a place to live or a spot for their business in this busy part of the city. Being near Maharaja Hotel is a big help because everyone knows where that is, so we don’t have to give long directions over the phone. Our days are mostly spent calling people back or walking around the nearby blocks to check on new listings. The traffic in Koramangala can be quite a challenge, so we usually try to do our site visits early in the day before it gets too crazy. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or corporate brochures. Instead, we just talk to people like normal neighbors and tell them what we know about the local rents and prices. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the energy of this area. There’s always someone new moving in or someone looking to change their living situation. We just provide a straightforward service from our office at number 1, trying to make the process a little less stressful for the people who come to see us. It’s just us doing our thing in Jyotiba Nagar.
