Midland Realtors is located at 1372 Hosur Road, and we are quite close to the Hero Honda showroom. If you know Hosur Road, you know the traffic can be a real headache most of the time. Our office is a simple one, tucked away from the main noise of the highway. We deal with property and land, but it’s mostly just sitting down with people and looking at maps or paperwork. There are a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a water cooler in the corner that makes a glugging sound every now and then. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website with drone shots. It’s usually just us talking to folks who are looking to buy or sell something in this part of town. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw our sign while they were waiting at the signal. We spend a lot of time on the phone, calling people back and checking on things. The floor is tiled and a bit cold in the mornings, but it warms up as the sun comes through the front door. We keep a stack of local newspapers on the table for people to read while they wait. It’s a very plain way of doing business, but it works for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the road change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our thing every day.
