Microtech Engineering

Down in the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically at No. 555 in the Ivth Phase, you’ll find us. Microtech Engineering is right in the middle of all the noise and activity. There are trucks always backing in and out of the lanes around here. The air usually smells like oil and metal. Our workshop has high ceilings, but it still gets stuffy in the afternoons. We have a lot of heavy machinery sitting on the concrete floor, and it’s a bit of a maze walking through it all. The guys are always busy with something, wearing their work clothes that never stay clean for long. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we’re used to at No. 555. There’s a small area where we keep the files and the computer, but it’s mostly about the work floor. We eat our lunch quickly and get back to it. The Ivth Phase is a big place, and it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the numbers. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all just get on with our business. The gates are heavy and hard to slide open in the morning. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish. It’s just the way life is in Peenya. We aren't doing anything flashy, just keeping Microtech Engineering going day by day in this industrial patch. It is what it is, and we stay busy.
