Metro Realtors operates out of number 4 in the City Industrial Estate in Kundalahalli. We are right on Arvind Avenue, and the Line Bakery is just a short walk away. Being in an industrial estate means things are quite functional and not at all fancy. We focus on real estate, but mostly on the commercial and industrial side of things given where we are located. Our office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for warehouse space or small offices. We know the Kundalahalli area and Hanuman Sheri quite well because we’ve been working here for quite some time. It’s a lot of work coordinating between landlords and businesses. We don't have a big polished team. It is just a couple of us who do everything from answering the phone to showing people around the properties. The area is always noisy with trucks and people working, and the traffic on the main road can be very bad. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just help people find a space that works for their business and get the lease signed. It is straightforward and practical work. We usually grab a snack from the bakery next door when the day gets too long and the phone keeps ringing.
