We’ve been running things here on the first floor out in Kumbalgodu for a while now. It’s a busy spot near Mysore Road, especially with all the industrial stuff going on in Phase II. Mostly, our days are filled with making sure the cars are where they need to be and the drivers know the routes. It’s not always easy keeping everything moving, especially when the traffic gets thick around HRBR Layout, but we just get on with it. We have a small office team that handles the phone calls and the paperwork for the fleet. Some days it feels like we are just staring at maps and schedules all afternoon. The garage downstairs gets pretty loud when the mechanics are working on the older cabs, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of tea to keep us going through the shifts. People come in and out all the time, asking for rides or checking on their schedules. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the logs and keys lying around, but it works for us. We just try to make sure that when someone needs a car, one is actually available. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a tire going flat or a driver getting stuck, but we just figure it out.
