Finding a place in HSR Layout has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. We are located over on 23rd Cross in the 6th Block, right across from Cambridge School. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and we’ve seen it grow from a quiet spot into what it is today. People come to us when they are looking for a house or maybe a small office space around here. We don't do those big flashy ads you see online. Instead, we just keep track of who is selling and who is looking to rent. Dealing with property paperwork is always a bit of a chore, so we spend a lot of our time sitting in offices or meeting people at their gates to verify things. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right match for a family, but we stay at it. We know the 6th Block inside out, every lane and corner. If a house has a water issue or the landlord is strict, we usually hear about it. We’re just a small team of people who like working in real estate without all the corporate pressure. Most of our days are spent walking around different sites or answering phone calls from folks who saw our sign near the school. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the local community here in HSR.
