Our office is located at E-265 in the Old Minal Residency, right on J.K Road. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you know the area. We aren’t some massive company with a high-rise office; we just work out of this space here. Most of our time is spent on the actual grit of architecture. That means a lot of hours sitting at our desks, working through floor plans, and checking on building codes. J.K Road can get pretty loud with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We have stacks of drawings everywhere and a few samples of building materials like tiles and wood scattered around. We don’t spend time on fancy websites or trying to sell ourselves with big words. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make sure everything is drawn up correctly. Sometimes it’s a bit of a scramble to meet a deadline, but that’s just how the business works. People from the Old Minal Residency and nearby areas usually just stop by if they have a question about a project. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing things. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a small group of architects who show up every morning and get to work on the blueprints. It’s a practical setup and it works well for us and the people we help.
