Our office is right near Shivananda Circle. It is a hectic part of town, but it is where everything happens. We spend a lot of our time looking at properties and talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or invest their money. Real estate around here changes fast. One day a plot is empty and the next there is a foundation going in. We don’t try to make things sound better than they are. If a house has a leaky tap or the road is too narrow, we just tell you. Being at Shivananda Circle means we see all sorts of people walking by our door. It is a local operation, even if the name Max Worth Realty India Limited sounds a bit bigger. We deal with a lot of paperwork, which is not the fun part of the job, but it has to get done. Most of us grew up around here so we know which streets get flooded when it rains and where the good shops are located. We aren’t wearing suits every day or sitting in some glass tower. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls. People come in with questions about land or apartments and we just give them the facts we have. It is straightforward work. We like the energy of this area. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the coffee is cold because we’re out on a site visit, but that’s just life.
