Mathru Krupa Real Estate

We have our place set up at 3 Koramangala 1St Stage. If you know Bangalore at all, you know Koramangala is always moving and changing. Being in the 1st Stage means we are right in the thick of it. Mathru Krupa Real Estate is basically just a few of us working out of this space. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the newer parts of town. It’s more of a traditional setup. We like being here because everything is close by. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting people who are moving into the area. It gets quite loud outside with all the traffic and people, but that’s just how Koramangala is. We don't have a mission statement or any of those corporate posters on the walls. We just have our desks and our files. It's a simple way of doing things. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and get more crowded over the years. Some people think it’s too much, but for us, it’s just home. We know the streets around the 1st Stage pretty well. If someone asks for directions or needs help with something local, we usually have an answer. It’s just a regular office doing regular work for people in the neighborhood. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign off when we leave, but we are always back the next day.
