Our place is tucked away in the 1st Block of Rajaji Nagar, specifically inside Kiran Narayan Mansion on the 2nd Phase. If you know the area, you know how the lanes can get a bit confusing for someone who isn't from around here. We’re in room 203, and the building has that older Bangalore feel to it. It isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings like you see in the tech parks. We like it this way because it feels more like a real neighborhood. The climb up the stairs keeps us awake in the mornings since the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. Most of us have been working here long enough that the sounds of the street below just fade into the background. We usually grab lunch from the small tiffin spots nearby because the food is better than anything we could bring from home. There’s always a bit of dust on the windows from the construction down the road, but we try to keep the desks tidy enough to work. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to focus. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone waiting to greet people with a script. You just walk in and find us at our desks doing our thing. It’s just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day and then dealing with the traffic on the way back home.
