Maruti City Taxi is based right here in J C Nagar. It’s a busy area, so there’s always someone looking for a ride or a driver coming back from a trip. Our small office is basically just a hub where we coordinate things. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have a couple of phones, a logbook, and some chairs where drivers can sit and have a tea while they wait for their next call. J C Nagar is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to be here. The street outside is usually crowded with people and vehicles. We don't spend money on big ads or polished brochures. We just focus on getting people where they need to go. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet for an hour. That’s just the taxi business for you. We’ve been around J C Nagar for a while now, and most of the locals know where to find us. The office can get a bit messy with paperwork and keys, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation; we just want to provide a reliable way for people to get around the city. It’s a lot of long hours and navigating traffic, but it’s what we do. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the city from the driver’s seat every single day.
