Our place is at 34 Indira Nagar 11th Cross. Most mornings, we start by cleaning the front area and checking the messages left on the phone. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us easily enough. We’ve been around this 1st Stage area for a while now, so we know the local shops and where to get the best tea during the afternoon slump. There is usually a pile of papers on the main desk because things get busy with different properties and people asking about rentals or sales. We don’t have fancy stuff here, just some chairs and a couple of desks that have seen better days. When someone walks in, we usually just offer them water and ask what they are looking for in the neighborhood. Indira Nagar has changed a lot since we first set up, with more traffic and new cafes everywhere, but our little corner on 11th Cross stays mostly the same. Some days are slow, and we just spend time talking to the neighbors or sorting through old folders. Other days, we are out and about looking at buildings or meeting folks who want to move into the area. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done without making a big fuss about it. If you walk past the park, you’ll see our sign eventually.
