We’ve been based out of Mittal Towers on M.G. Road for quite some time now. Being on the 14th floor of the A-Wing gives us a pretty good view of the traffic below, though we mostly focus on what’s happening out in the fields. Our work with plantations takes us away from the city often, but this is where all the planning and paperwork happens. It’s a busy office, usually filled with the smell of tea samples and people talking about weather patterns or harvest schedules. We don't really do fancy marketing stuff here. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the estates and making sure the logistics aren't falling behind. It gets a bit hectic when the season peaks, and the phones don't stop ringing then. People think plantation life is all quiet and green, but the office side in Bangalore is a lot of spreadsheets and grit. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's central, even if the commute through M.G. Road can be a real headache some mornings. Our team is small, mostly folks who have been around for years and know the business inside out. We just try to keep things moving and ensure the produce gets where it needs to go without too much fuss. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it long enough that the rhythms feel natural to us now.
