Our office is tucked away on the 2nd Cross in Chamarajendrapet. If you get lost, just look for Ganesh Hospital because we are right near there at number 3. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, but we still see plenty of people walking by. Real estate is what we do, but we aren't like those big agencies you see on TV with the suits and the shiny cars. We’re just local people who know this neighborhood inside and out. We spend a lot of time talking to owners and looking at different spots around this part of town. Sometimes we’re out of the office showing a place, so the door might be locked for an hour, but we’re usually around. Chamarajendrapet has changed a lot over the years, but the feel of the 2nd Cross stays mostly the same. We know most of the shopkeepers on the block. It’s the kind of place where you can still get a good cup of coffee just a few steps away. We deal with paperwork and keys every day. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important for the people moving in or out. We try to keep things straightforward. If a place has a leaky roof, we say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just want people to find a place that works for them without too much headache or wasting time.
