Manjunatha Real Estate Agency

Down here at 56/2-1 Nagarbhavi, we run the Manjunatha Real Estate Agency. It’s a small office right in the middle of everything. We spend our days talking to people about houses and plots of land around this part of town. Nagarbhavi is a busy place and there’s always something new being built or someone moving out. We’ve seen the area grow quite a bit over the years from our spot here. Most of the time, we are just sitting with some files and a glass of water, waiting for someone to walk through the door. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room with some desks where we keep track of who wants to sell and who wants to buy. Sometimes we go out to look at a property and have to lock up for an hour. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about the price of land these days. It is simple work, really, just connecting people with a place to stay. We don’t use any complicated systems, just old-fashioned notebooks and a bit of local knowledge from being at 56/2-1 for so long. It is just how we do things.
