Manjunath Milk & Std

Our small shop is tucked away in 5th Block, specifically on 38th Cross in Byatarayanapura. We have been here for a good number of years now. Most people around here know us for the milk packets we keep ready every morning. It gets quite busy around six or seven when everyone is waking up and needs their tea. We also have the STD booth setup, which isn't as busy as it used to be years ago, but some folks still stop by to use the phone or just to chat for a bit. The 9th A Main road can get a bit noisy with the traffic, but inside the shop, it is mostly just the sound of the refrigerator humming. I usually sit near the counter while my son helps with the heavy crates. We don't really do much advertising because everyone in the neighborhood knows where 214/1 is located. Sometimes we run out of the full-cream milk early, so we tell people to come sooner next time. It’s a simple life running a local dairy spot. We see the kids growing up, going from buying small candies to coming in for their own groceries. It’s just us here, making sure the milk is cold and the lines are working. Nothing fancy about it, just a daily routine that we have stuck to for a long time. We like being part of the 5th Block community and seeing our neighbors every day.
