We’ve been handling property matters in this area for quite some time. Kammanahalli has become so crowded lately, but we still know where the quiet spots are. People usually drop by when they need help finding a flat or maybe selling a piece of land they’ve held onto for years. We aren't like those big agencies with hundreds of agents. It’s just a few of us who know the local market well. We spend a lot of time checking out sites and making sure the titles are clear, which is the most boring but important part of the job. You might see us having tea at the local stalls while waiting for a client to show up. We try to be honest about what a place is worth instead of just saying what people want to hear. Sometimes the market is slow, and other times it’s crazy, but we just keep showing up to the office. The Nethra Farm building is easy to find, so folks often just walk in without an appointment. We don't mind that at all. It’s nice to talk to neighbors and hear what’s happening around the block. We just help people move into the area or move on to something else.
