Manav Associates

You can find Manav Associates over at 15 Balepet, inside the CSC Plaza on Lalbagh Road. It’s a central location, so there’s always a lot of activity happening outside our windows. The plaza is home to many different businesses, but we’ve carved out our own little space here at number 15. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area change around us. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, and a few filing cabinets that are probably too full. We don’t go for any of that modern office design. It’s just a practical place to sit down and get through the paperwork. Lalbagh Road is a major thoroughfare, so getting here is usually easy for people, even if parking can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks in. There isn't a lot of mystery to how we run things. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. It’s a very human way of doing business. We know our regulars and we’re always ready to meet someone new. CSC Plaza has been a good home for us, and being in Balepet keeps us close to the heart of the city’s trade. It’s just a normal office run by normal people trying to do a good job every day. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on files.
