Malnad Real Estate

Malnad Real Estate is over at 16 Ganganagar, near the R T Nagar Post office. It’s a small office that stays pretty busy with people coming in to ask about plots or house rentals in the area. We have a couple of wooden desks and some plastic chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk. Ganganagar is a nice neighborhood and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years we’ve been here. There is usually a pot of tea on the side and a lot of maps spread out on the table. We spend a lot of our time out of the office, driving around to look at different sites or meeting owners. It’s not a high-pressure environment here, we just listen to what people are looking for and see what we can find. The office is close to the post office, so it’s easy to find if you are in R T Nagar. We don't have a big team or any expensive advertisements in the newspapers. Most of our work comes from people walking in or hearing about us from someone else in the locality. It’s a lot of talking and walking and checking on details. The office is a bit cluttered with old files and property brochures, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the properties around this part of town and stay busy with that. It has been our base for a long time now.
