Malnad Real Estate & Consultant is based in the RT Nagar area. Our office is on the first floor of building No. 2/6, right on 10th Cross. Most people in the area know CBI Road, and that is exactly where we are located. If you see the Vishwabharathi Timbers shop, we are just across the road from them. Being near Ganganagar makes it easy for us to cover a lot of ground in this part of town. The office isn't very large, but it is where we keep all our files and meet with people who are looking for places to stay or invest in. RT Nagar has always been a busy residential area, so there is always someone looking for a house or a site. We have been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The 10th Cross can get a little crowded with parked bikes and delivery vans, but it is a good spot for us. We don't do much in terms of flashy signs or big marketing campaigns. People mostly just know us from being in the building for so many years. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep track of what is available in the local market. We take our time with each person who comes in because real estate can be a bit of a headache for folks to figure out. We just try to make it simpler.
