Malliah Estate Agency is situated at 174 Koramangala Vi Bk C Cross, right on 1st Main in the 7th Block. We are quite close to the Saibaba Temple, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone who is not from around here. Koramangala is always bustling with people and traffic, and 7th Block is no exception. Our office is a simple place where we manage property deals and help folks find somewhere to stay or set up shop. It is a bit cluttered with old ledgers and neighborhood maps pinned to the walls. We have been in this spot long enough to know the local streets pretty well. It gets a bit loud outside during the festival days because of the temple crowds, but we do not mind it. We just sit here and talk to whoever walks through the door. There is no fancy lobby or uniforms. We usually just have the newspaper open and a pot of tea going. Dealing with estates is mostly about knowing who is moving and who is looking, so we spend a lot of time just chatting with people. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should because we get distracted by a neighbor stopping by. It is a local life and we are just a small part of the 1st Main community. 174 is a lucky number for us, or so we like to think. We just keep things moving along at our own speed.
