Mahesh Real Estate Agency is on Kanakapura Main Road at the corner of 2nd B Main Road in the 2nd Stage area. If you look for the Apex Bank on Contour Road we are right opposite to it so you cannot miss us. We have been working in this part of Bangalore for a long time and we know almost every building around here. People come to us when they want to sell their old houses or if they are looking for a small shop to rent. The traffic on Kanakapura Road is always heavy but our office stays a bit quieter once you step inside. We have a lot of maps and files piled up on the desks because there is always some paperwork to do. We don't do much advertising because most people just walk in after seeing our board while going to the bank. It is a simple way of doing business and it has worked for us for years. We talk to the local landlords and keep track of who is moving out and who is looking for a place. Sometimes we have to walk around the neighborhood to check on sites or meet with people who want to show us their land. It keeps us busy and we like being out in the community. Our chairs are a bit old but they are comfortable enough for a long chat about property prices.
