The office is down in JP Nagar 9. If you know the area, you know it's gotten pretty busy lately. We’ve been set up here for a bit, just handling property stuff like we always do. It's a regular space with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't spend much time making it look like a showroom because we're usually out or buried in files. There’s a tea stall around the corner that we go to way too often. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main road is blocked for some repairs again. We get a lot of people asking about what’s being built where. We just give them the straight talk. No use in making things sound better than they are. We’ve seen JP Nagar grow from being quiet to what it is now. It’s interesting to see the new apartments going up. Our day is mostly filled with coordinating between different sites and making sure the documents are actually in order, which takes more time than you’d think. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back on. It’s a pretty normal way to run a business. We don't have any big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up at the office in JP Nagar and do what needs doing until it's time to head home.
