Madhugiri Real Estate

Madhugiri Real Estate is tucked away in Office No 8, over in the 7th Block of Jayanagar. We are on Khar Road, which stays pretty busy, and the Kosmos Gentle Hospital is just a short walk away. Being near the hospital means there are always people moving around, and sometimes folks stop by our office just to ask for directions or to get a glass of water. Our space is functional and a bit cramped because we have so many maps and files piled up on the shelves. Jayanagar is a beautiful part of the city with all its trees and organized blocks, and we feel lucky to work here. We mostly help people find flats or small office spaces in the 7th and 8th blocks. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking to meet clients at different buildings or checking on properties that have just become vacant. The office computer is old and the printer sometimes jams, but we manage to get the agreements printed eventually. We aren't into big sales pitches or anything like that. We just know which landlords are easy to work with and which apartments have the best light. People in the neighborhood know us, and we get most of our work through simple word of mouth. It is just a steady, daily routine of helping people find a place to stay or do their business in this part of town.
