M4 Estates

M4 Estates is over at 20/3 Star Arcade in Frazer Town. We are on Buddha Vihar Road in the Basavanagar area. Our office is a simple place where we talk about property and land all day. Real estate can be complicated with all the paperwork and rules, so we try to keep things clear for everyone. We know the streets around Frazer Town very well because we live and work here. We’ve seen which buildings went up recently and which ones have been standing there since we were kids. People come to us when they are looking for a flat to rent or maybe some office space for a new business. We walk a lot during the day, showing people different rooms and checking out new listings. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just coordinating between buyers and sellers and checking documents. Star Arcade is a good building to work out of. We usually have tea together in the mornings before the phone starts ringing too much. We don’t use big words to try and impress anyone. We just show what’s available for the budget people have. Some days are slow and we just sit around, and some days we don't even have time to eat lunch. That’s just how the property market goes. If you are looking for a place in this part of town, we probably know a few spots that might fit. We just take it one client at a time and try to be helpful.
