We’ve been working out of this spot in Balajinagar for a while now. It’s a quiet enough area in Nellore, right at D. No. 27/1/867. Our office is actually part of the T. Ramaprasad property, and we handle the engineering stuff here for M W Zander Facility Engineering. Mostly we deal with facility engineering, which means we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and fixing systems that most people don’t even think about until they stop working. It’s not flashy work, honestly. We have a small crew and we’re usually out on sites across the city, making sure things stay running like they should. Some days it’s just dealing with paperwork in the office, and other days we are out in the heat trying to figure out why a system is acting up. People in the neighborhood know where we are if they need to drop something off or talk about a project. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. It gets pretty busy during the week, especially when several projects happen at once, but we manage. We’ve stayed in Nellore, A. P. because it’s home and we know the area well. If you walk past Balajinagar, you might see us coming and going in our work clothes. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work that’s needed for the local facilities here. It’s just what we know how to do.
