M S Real Estate is based in Sri Bhavani Mansion, which is at 20/11 Madivala. We are right opposite the Kaveri Convent. It is a good landmark because everyone knows where the school is. We have been in this building for quite a bit. It is a bit of an old mansion, so it has some character, even if the pipes groan sometimes. We deal with property stuff every day. It is mostly just talking to people and looking at papers. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. We have some old desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat. Madivala is always buzzing with people, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We aren't the biggest real estate place in town, but we have been around long enough to know the area well. If you are looking for 20/11, just look for the convent and then turn around. We are usually around most of the day, though sometimes we have to step out to look at a house. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the roadwork.
