M S N Properties

We are located at 790 Bannerghatta, and M S N Properties is what we call our little business. It’s not a huge office with glass walls and fancy suits. It is just us in a regular room with some maps on the wall and a few folders on the desks. We spend a lot of our time out and about looking at different spots around the area. Bannerghatta has grown so much since we first started here, and it feels like there is always something new being built. We don't really do the hard sell or use a lot of complicated talk. We just show people what is available and tell them what we know about the land or the buildings in the neighborhood. Sometimes we are just sitting here waiting for the phone to ring, and other times we are running around all day. It is a bit unpredictable, but that’s how the property business goes for us. We have a small team, mostly people who have lived around here for a long time. We know which roads get flooded when it rains and where the quiet spots are. We don't have any big advertisements or billboards on the main road. Most folks just drop by because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else. It’s a simple way to work, and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We just take it day by day and see what comes through the door each morning. It is enough to keep us busy and happy.
