Over at M R A Estate Agency, we run things from our office at 3 JP Nagar on the 2nd floor. A lot of people find us by looking for the Corporation Hospital, since we are right opposite it. It’s a busy area, so there is always the sound of ambulances or people walking by to the hospital. Being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but it also means a lot of climbing up and down those stairs every day. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us sitting around desks with maps and property files. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many folders from over the years. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s more like a place where you sit down for a glass of water and talk about the neighborhood. We know the JP Nagar area inside and out because we spend so much time looking at it from our windows or walking the blocks nearby. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough for long conversations. We’ve been at number 3 for quite a while, and the hospital across the road has always been our main landmark. It’s a straightforward life here at M R A Estate Agency.
