Our office for M L Real Estate is at 779 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are on Sinhagad Road, right near the Mahadeshwara Temple. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood looking at houses and sites. People come to us when they want to rent an apartment or sell a bit of land. We know the streets of BTM Layout 2nd Stage very well. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving in and out. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a small office with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We keep files of what’s available in the local area. Sometimes we are out on site visits and the office is locked for an hour. We help with the paperwork and talk to owners and tenants. It can be a lot of talking and phone calls all day. We’ve seen how the area has changed over the years with more buildings coming up. We try to keep track of who is selling and who is looking. It’s a simple business of connecting people who need a roof over their heads. We aren't doing big city-wide deals, just staying focused on what's happening around here. If you need to know about a plot or a flat in this part of BTM, we’ve probably heard about it. We sit here most days and deal with whoever walks through the door. It’s a quiet but busy little place.
