M L A Realtors is based over at 483 Rajajinagar. We are a small group of people who know this neighborhood inside and out. We spend most of our time walking around the streets or driving to show houses to people. Our office in Rajajinagar is where we keep all the listings and meet up with folks who want to buy or rent something. It’s a busy place with phones ringing and maps spread out on the table. We don't wear suits every day or act like big shots. We’re just local people helping other people find a place to live or work. Rajajinagar has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it happen. We know which blocks are quiet and where the traffic gets bad. When someone comes in, we just talk to them about what they need and what their budget looks like. It’s a lot of legwork, checking on properties and talking to owners. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times it takes months of back and forth. We just stay patient. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with some chairs and a desk. We prefer being out in the field anyway. We’ve built up a lot of contacts over the years just by being around. If you’re looking for a spot in this area, we probably know a few options that might fit. We just enjoy the local real estate game and meeting new neighbors.
