M H S Estate Agency is over in Bommanahalli at the R B I Layout, 7th sector. Our address is 179/2 and we’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time. Real estate is a lot of walking around and talking to people about houses or plots. We spend plenty of time out of the office showing folks around the layout or looking at properties. When we are in the office, it’s usually to sort out paperwork or answer the phone. Bommanahalli is a busy area and the R B I Layout is a place we know inside out. We don’t really go in for the big corporate style of doing things. It’s just us here trying to help people find what they are looking for in this part of town. The office is small and we’ve got maps on the walls and files on the desks. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s available in the 7th sector. We try to give them straight answers without any of the usual sales talk. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything but we enjoy being part of the neighborhood. We’ve seen the area grow and change over the years and we are still here doing our bit. It’s a practical job and we like it.
