M E U Engineering has been at Nandavathi in Koregaon Park for quite a while now. It’s a busy spot, and our shop is usually full of metal pieces and drawings spread across the benches. Most days, we are just busy getting through the orders that come in. Engineering work is mostly about solving small problems before they turn into big ones, and that's what we do here. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. You’ll mostly find us with grease on our hands or looking at a machine that needs fixing. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed here in the same place. We handle a variety of parts and custom jobs that people bring to us. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times it takes a few days of trial and error to get the fit just right. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It's more about the physical work on the floor. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years. We know where every tool is kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone walking in from the street. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the sound of the lathe running or someone hammering something into place. It’s just how we work. We don't have a big sales team; people usually find us because they heard about us from someone else in the area.
