We are located at 24, Bannerghatta Main Road, right in the Panduranga Nagar area. If you know this road, you know the traffic can be a real headache, especially in the evenings. We’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines outside. Our space here is functional. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It's mostly just shelves, some tools, and the equipment we use every day. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical stuff that comes across our desks. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always something that needs attention. We aren't the type to sit around in long meetings talking about goals. We just look at what needs to be fixed or sent out and we do it. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, which is where we usually end up when we need a break. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot of other businesses around us, so there is a lot of energy. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know us by name now. It’s just a small team of us here, trying to keep up with the work. We don't worry much about being polished. As long as the work gets done correctly, we are happy with that. We usually lock up around six and head home to our families, ready to start over again tomorrow.
