M B Real Estate is a local office you can find at 93 BTM Layout Main Road. We are situated very close to M V S College, so there is always a lot of foot traffic and young people around our area. Running a real estate business in BTM Layout means we stay pretty busy because people are always moving in and out of this neighborhood. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep track of all the properties we are looking after. We spend a good chunk of our day out of the office, either meeting landlords or showing potential tenants around various flats and houses. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you’re stuck in traffic between viewings, but we know these streets like the back of our hand. We don't have any polished marketing slogans or big corporate logos. We just talk to people plainly and try to find a place that fits what they are looking for. Sometimes the market is fast and places go in a day, other times it’s slower and we just wait for the right person to walk in. We have been working from this main road location for a while now and we enjoy being part of the daily life in BTM. It’s just us trying to help folks find a roof over their heads without making things too complicated for them.
