Louis Bags

Louis Bags is located over on Bull Temple Road, which is a pretty busy part of Basavanagudi. We are at No. 27 in Mananth Layout. If you know the area, you know how much history is around here with the temples and the old markets that stay busy all day. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, but we have plenty of bags inside for all sorts of uses. We spend our time checking the stitching on things and making sure the zippers work like they should before putting them out. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized because bags take up a lot of space in a small layout. We’ve been here a while and seen the area change as new buildings go up around us. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by on Bull Temple Road, and other days we barely have time to sit down at all. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone like that. It’s just us here at the counter. We try to be helpful when someone is looking for a specific size or color, but we don't push people to buy things they don't need. Most folks in Basavanagudi appreciate that style of doing things. It is a local shop for local people, and we like being part of the neighborhood. If you are near Mananth Layout, you might have seen us.
