Linkers Realtors is based in D203, Adarsh Palace, right near A F Hospital. Our office is tucked inside the residential complex, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise in the middle of the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing small flats to people who want to move. The real estate market around here is always changing, so there is never a dull moment during the week. We deal with rentals, sales, and a bit of everything else that comes our way. The office has a few desks, some chairs for guests, and a lot of maps pinned to the wall. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of agents and fancy cars. It is just a small group of us who know this specific area pretty well. Sometimes we are stuck in traffic moving between sites, and other times we are just here drinking coffee and waiting for clients to call. Being near the hospital means it’s a busy neighborhood with lots of noise. We try to keep things simple and explain how the paperwork works without making it too complicated for the buyers. It’s not a glamorous job at all, despite what people might think. There is a lot of waiting and a lot of chasing after small details that get lost. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from a neighbor.
