We are set up at 40, 3rd Cross in Banaswadi. It’s near the Aaiyappa Temple, which is how most people find their way to us. Being in the Tavarekere area means we see a lot of changes happening with the buildings and plots around here. Lingam Realtors has been operating from this 3rd Cross location for a bit. It’s a small office, nothing too big or flashy. We spend a lot of our time out on the field or sitting here talking to people about property. Banaswadi is a place where everyone seems to know everyone, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We handle land and house stuff mostly. The temple nearby brings a lot of peace to the street, though it can get crowded during festivals. We just keep things moving one day at a time. There's always a lot to keep track of with real estate, so we stay busy with the details. It's not a complicated business, just about matching people with what they need. We’ve been around this neighborhood long enough to know the streets pretty well. If you’re around the temple, you’re basically at our doorstep. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just us helping with local property matters. We’ve seen the area grow and it’s interesting to see who moves in next. We like being part of the local scene here and keeping our office open for whoever stops by.
