Our office is located at 1114/6 Mathikere near the Venugopal Mithakhali Six Road junction. It’s a busy spot, especially during rush hour when the traffic at the six-way crossing gets really backed up with buses and bikes. Likitha Cabs Tours & Travel operates out of a small room filled with maps, logbooks, and several sets of car keys hanging on the wall. There is always a phone ringing or someone coming in to check on a schedule. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers on their mobiles and making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be going for the day. The area around Mathikere is pretty lively, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a tea nearby. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s seen better days. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting, but it’s where all the actual coordination happens for the trips. We keep a whiteboard with scribbled notes about vehicle maintenance and upcoming trips for the week. Sometimes the drivers sit around for a bit between jobs, sharing stories about the road and the bad traffic. We try to keep the paperwork organized in files, but it can get a bit hectic when multiple bookings come in at once. The Mithakhali Six Road is a landmark everyone knows, so it makes it easy for people to find us without much trouble.
