Our place is at No.131, 3rd Cross, in Mallapa Layout. It’s a bit of a residential area that has slowly seen more businesses moving in over the years. We operate out of a building that feels more like a house than a commercial office, which actually suits us pretty well. We handle food-related services, so there’s often the smell of something being prepared or packed in the back. It’s a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door, packing boxes, or sorting out the accounts on a Friday afternoon. The layout is a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes because the turns are quite tight, but once you find us, it’s a fairly quiet spot. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just try to make sure that whatever we’re sending out is up to the mark. Sometimes the power goes out in the layout, and we all just sit around waiting for the generator to kick in, which is just part of the daily life here. We’ve got some regular customers from the neighborhood who stop by, and we’ve gotten to know them over the years. It’s a very local, grounded way of doing business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent food business from our corner of Mallapa Layout. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything fresh and moving, but we manage.
